Because I wanted to be able to make the site more interactive for my visitors and it was a way to let others help build up the site.

I am sorry about the inconvenience you are sure to experience & are experiencing while we make this transition but it is unavoidable.
You will have to go about setting up a new member's account and if you decide you want to be an author you will have to contact me and ask me before you can start submitting your articles.
This script has a lot of extras for you to enjoy like your picture included with your article(s), the ability to set up "Trusted Authors" so that their articles get directly posted, a "Featured Articles" section, and a whole lot more.
